If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

No. I do not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are concerned about your immediate safety, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency department, or call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

I provide individual outpatient therapy for teens and adults. I work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences and am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for my clients.

Most clients begin with weekly 50–60 minute sessions to build momentum and establish a strong therapeutic relationship. As you make progress, we can adjust the frequency of sessions based on your goals, needs, and schedule.

The length of therapy varies from person to person and depends on your goals and needs. Some people benefit from short-term therapy focused on a specific concern, while others choose to continue longer for ongoing support and personal growth.

Yes. What you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions, such as situations involving immediate safety concerns. We’ll review confidentiality and its limits during our first session, and I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have.

Progress looks different for everyone, and it isn’t always linear. Over time, you may notice changes in how you think, feel, respond to challenges, navigate relationships, and better understand yourself. We’ll regularly check in about your goals and make adjustments as needed to ensure we’re focusing on what matters most to you.

No. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I provide psychotherapy and do not prescribe medication. If medication may be helpful, we can discuss a referral to a qualified medical provider.
