Owner & Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor and the owner of Counseling by Lindsey, PLLC. I’m licensed in Maine and New Hampshire and provide individual, outpatient therapy to teens and adults.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in addiction, from Plymouth State University, a CACREP-accredited master’s program, graduating in 2022. I have experience supporting clients facing anxiety disorders, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, mild to moderate substance use concerns, grief, and exploration of sexuality and gender, among other areas.

My approach is client-centered and tailored to your individual needs, with a strong focus on creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as yourself. I use evidence-based approaches to help you understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
