Owner & Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor and the owner of Counseling by Lindsey, PLLC. I’m licensed in Maine and New Hampshire and provide individual, outpatient therapy to teens and adults.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in addiction, from Plymouth State University, a CACREP-accredited master’s program, graduating in 2022. I have experience supporting clients facing anxiety disorders, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, mild to moderate substance use concerns, grief, and exploration of sexuality and gender, among other areas.
My Approach
My approach is integrative, relational, and exploratory, focusing on understanding your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and patterns, including how they may connect to past experiences and relationships. Together, we’ll build insight, gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful change in how you think, relate, and respond. We’ll also focus on developing practical ways to navigate emotions, relationships, and challenges in a way that feels more aligned with your needs and values.
